A brand film for Rensair revolving around the idea of a canary — historically used in mines to signal poor air quality — as a symbol of clean air and safety.
The Brief
Introduce Rensair's premium air purifiers — combining hospital-grade HEPA filtration with UV-lit air passages — to a new audience. The core message: everyone has the right to clean air, backed by medical and government verification.
The Approach
Used a canary as a symbolic centrepiece for peace and safety. Collaborated with copywriters on the shooting script and translated it into a detailed storyboard. Created a specialised action list to direct the live canary performance and prevent misinterpretation on the day.
The Execution
Single-location studio shoot with multiple setups, including live animal performance requiring precise directional protocols. Delivered three edit versions: 40-second website cut, 15-second, and 60-second.
The Result
Published on Rensair's official channel and sitting alongside product and Compact-launch content, it contributed to a professional video suite that supported outreach to hospitals, businesses and investors, aligning with their subsequent product launches and funding-driven expansion in North America.
